Collard Greens are a member of the cabbage family. Their leaves are broad, paddle-shaped and green-gray to deep green in color with white ribs and veins.

Green Kale is a leafy vegetable that is a member of the cabbage family. Green Kale has a long hard stem running through the leaf, which has tender, curled edges.

turnip greens

Turnips

Turnip Greens are deep green colored leafy vegetables. They are most often cooked with chopped roots. They have an assertive taste, but milder than mustard greens.

curly mustard

Curly Mustard

Curly Mustard has broad, wavy frilled leaves with longitudinal veins. Upright leaves are supported by thin pale green stems. Their flavor is robust with bold peppery nuances.

Mustard (Slick/Flat)

Mustard (Slick/Flat)

A mild flavored mustard, producing large broad yellow leaves. Slick Mustard is a favorite of the Southeastern states.

The root itself is roughly 3 inches in diameter, two-toned with magenta blushed tops and white bottoms, which flow into the bulb’s tapered thin taproot.

Green Cabbage has tightly enveloped superimposed pale green leaves, with variations of pea green colorings. They are thick, broad, deeply veined and waxy in their finish.

This flat specialty Cabbage is a standout for its big, mild-tasting leaves, with up to 30 per head, making terrific sandwich wraps.

napa cabbage

Napa Cabbage

Napa Cabbage is known for its signature barrel-shaped and crisp, pale green, tightly-wrapped leaves. The outer leaves curve inward and are true green to pale green. The interior leaves and hearts are yellow to ivory colored.

Red Cabbage

Red Cabbage

Red Cabbage is distinguished by its coloring, texture and flavor. Like Green Cabbage, it is rounded and wrapped in tightly wound waxy leaves. The leaves are more violet and burgundy versus a true red.

Savoy Cabbage

Savoy Cabbage

Oval shaped and delicate, Savoy Cabbages produce wrinkled crisp leaves. The color ranges from a light to dark green. It has a very mild flavor with a hint of sweetness.

Zucchini

Characterized by its slender, green body and mild flavor.

Acorn Squash

Small, round winter squash with a dark green, ridged skin and a sweet, golden-orange flesh.

Buttercup Squash

Buttercup Squash

Sweet, dense winter squash with a distinctive green exterior and a flattened, round shape.

Butternut Squash
