Are greens healthy for you?

Absolutely. Leafy greens are rich in fiber, vitamins A, C, and K, and minerals like calcium and iron. They support heart health, digestion, and immunity.

What’s the difference between the taste of collard, turnip, and mustard greens?
  • Collard greens have a mild, slightly bitter, earthy flavor.

  • Turnip greens are sharper and peppery with a hint of sweetness.

  • Mustard greens have the boldest flavor, spicy, peppery, and tangy.

Should I wash my greens before eating?

Our bagged greens are triple-washed before packaging, but we always recommend washing fresh produce.

What does it mean for greens to be “triple-washed”?

It means we’ve done the hard work for you! Our greens are submerged in three separate wash tanks to rinse away dirt and grit, so you don’t have to. Just open the bag and enjoy—no more scrubbing or soaking at home.

How do I store leafy greens?

Store greens in the refrigerator, ideally in a plastic or reusable produce bag with a paper towel to absorb excess moisture. Keep them in the crisper drawer and use them within 5–7 days for best freshness.

What are your farming practices?

If we don't have good farming practices and take care of the land, we can't grow the very best leafy greens and other vegetables. While everything we do in the field works toward a sustainable future, a few key practices we do include consistent irrigation for full, nutrient-dense products, crop rotation for soil and environmental protection, and utilization of technologies to improve the quality, traceability, and safety of the produce grown in our fields. Additionally, we use use non-GMO seeds and grow glyphosate-free produce.
