Georgia Grown Kale Salad

6-8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Baker Farms Kale, washed and torn in bite size pieces 1 bunch radishes, grated

  • ½ cup blueberry balsamic

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds

  • 4oz crumbled feta goat cheese

  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except goat cheese. Toss to combine then sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top.
