Ingredients
1 16 oz bag Baker Farms Kale (remove any hard stems)
1 pack blueberries or strawberries (or both!)
1 package Feta cheese
1 cup roasted pecans, chopped
1 jar pepper jelly (to your taste)
⅓ cup olive oil
Preparation
Melt 1 jar of pepper jelly on the stovetop (or microwave) until it reaches a liquid consistency. Mix liquid pepper jelly with oil.
Pour over kale and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes. Add fruit, pecans, and feta.
Toss salad, serve, and enjoy!
