Best Kale Salad for a Southern Hostess

Serves:

3-5 Servings

Ingredients

  1. 1 16 oz bag Baker Farms Kale (remove any hard stems)

  2. 1 pack blueberries or strawberries (or both!)

  3. 1 package Feta cheese

  4. 1 cup roasted pecans, chopped

  5. 1 jar pepper jelly (to your taste)

  6. ⅓ cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. Melt 1 jar of pepper jelly on the stovetop (or microwave) until it reaches a liquid consistency. Mix liquid pepper jelly with oil. 

  2. Pour over kale and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes. Add fruit, pecans, and feta. 

  3. Toss salad, serve, and enjoy!
